This has nothing to do with nudism. It is just interesting. I was born and raised in Chicago. One of the battles you have in big cities is graffiti. Gang bangers would write their BS on my garage and the next day I would have to wipe it off. It was pretty annoying when it was below zero. It was a constant battle that all big city citizens have to put up with.
I had a big lab/shepherd in Chicago. My dog always hoped to catch a punk in the act. It never happened as they would do there graffiti in the early mornings as us taxpayers slept.
Here is a very creative solution:
"Police in Guadalupe, Mexico, recently caught four teenagers vandalizing public property, and besides arresting them and fining them $200 each, they spray-painted the kids' hair, shoes and the seats of their pants before sending them home. Of course, we can't do things like that here...can we?"
