December 19th is the 16th Anniversary of the founding of The Terra Cotta Inn, Palm Springs, CA

We're celebrating. Today, December 19th, 2010 is the 16th anniversary of our opening of The Terra Cotta Inn clothing optional resort and spa located in sunny Palm Springs, California.

It has been a fun 16 years. We've met interesting, fun guests from around the world although most come from all over the US, Canada, England, and Australia

We are thankful for all the great friends we've made at at our resort. We're thankful for all your fantastic support. We average just over an 80% repeat guest rate with people from around the world. That type of loyalty is a phenomenal rate and unheard of in the travel industry.

We are still considered the best nudist resort for couples trying topless and nude sunbathing for the first time in the US if not the world.

And this December 2010, Palm Springs Life Magazine in their Best of the Best issue picked us as the BEST small resort in the whole Palm Springs area. That is so cool that nudists when they vacation in Palm Springs get to stay at the best place.

kept our rates the same for the last 4 years due to our high occupancy rate. And

We were the FIRST of all hotels in Palm Springs to upgrade to a salt water pool and
jacuzzi. We upgraded out poolside cooling system last year so that it is now the most powerful poolside system of ALL hotels in Palm Springs. Last Christmas, we installed 32 inch Sony Flat Screen TV's. All of our fruit is still restaurant grade fruit which means it's ripe and fantastic tasting. That's why you love our strawberries. Restaurant grade fruit is about 3 times the price of grocery store fruit. We have not compromised quality for our guests in this recession.
