Time Magazine has an article about 50 Authentic American Experiences. They pick vacationing in Palm Springs as California's authentic American Experience.
For each state, Time Magazine picked a cool vacation experience. Now they recommended staying at Frank Sinatra's old home here in Palm Springs which rents for $1495-$2600/night as the place to stay which is a little pricey. It would have been nice if they had recommended staying at our nudist resort where prices are from $149-189.
What is nice about palm Springs is it is home to 500,000 people in the valley, so there is lots of things to do which is why we have so many guests booking a week or longer here for their vacations.
