Here's two pictures of one of our more famous celebrity guests relaxing at our resort. Her boyfriend Wile E. Coyote was over at the pool nude sunbathing when I took the photo.
The road runner has been at our resort for about 2 weeks. Every time we see it, by the time I got my camera, it would be gone. Contrary to what many people think, road runners can fly short distances. It would always fly over our walls before I could snap a photo.
In these photos, I was using a small telephoto lens as humans couldn't get closer than maybe 20 feet away to the road runner.
In the one photo, you can see the road runner running away from me as I was walking up to it. They can sure run fast.
It is amazing all the wildlife we have at our resort. We have sparrows, and mockingbirds, and hummingbirds, and ravens, and doves, and the occasional duck landing in the pool.
We have so many flowers here the birds love our resort (so do the guests).
